Global Talent (digital technology) is a two-stage route: first an endorsing body (Tech Nation, re-appointed to a new 3-year contract in May 2025) assesses whether you're a leader or potential leader in digital technology, then — if endorsed — you apply for the visa itself. There's no job offer, sponsor, or points test; endorsement is a holistic, evidence-based judgment call by expert assessors. As of August 2025 the application is a single GOV.UK 'Stage 1' form (the separate Tech Nation form was scrapped), and all evidence must be from the last 5 years.
