Trust and methodology
Understand what Pasage checks, how Queen helps, and what to verify before making decisions about your move.
Eligibility is a starting point
Pasage compares your information with criteria encoded for its supported relocation routes. Fit scores organise options; they are not approval probabilities or an immigration authority's decision. Missing information can change a result.
Browse supported countries and routes and review their source references.
Sources and verification dates
Route guides link to official programme sources where available. A displayed verification date records when that guide was checked, not continuous monitoring. Requirements, fees and processing times can change. Check the linked authority before applying.
Queen and your application
Queen is an AI assistant. She explains stored results, gathers missing details and helps draft documents from information you provide. AI can make mistakes. Review names, dates, figures, claims and supporting evidence before using a draft.
A preparation checklist or readiness status does not mean an authority will accept or approve an application.
Human help
Account support and human-review requests use our support workflow. Review availability depends on your plan. A request is not a completed professional review, and a referral is not confirmed representation.
Payments
Checkout uses Paystack or Stripe. Review the amount, currency and benefits before paying. Pasage charges are separate from government, appointment, translation and other third-party costs.
Read pricing and the purchase terms. For payment or refund questions, contact support.
Your information
Account access and payment verification run on the server. Queen uses external AI providers; voice audio is processed by OpenAI. See how data and cookies are used and our security information.
Independent of governments
Pasage is not a government website and does not guarantee a visa. Immigration authorities make the decision. Regulated advice and representation require an appropriately qualified professional.
People and company logos
Testimonials describe individual experiences. Logos identify teams where users work; they do not mean those organisations are customers, sponsors or official partners of Pasage.
