Information used to provide Pasage

The free check does not require an account. Your answers are stored to calculate and display results. A guest result URL can be viewed by someone who has that link. Do not share it if you consider the result sensitive.

With an account, Pasage stores your email, profile answers, eligibility history, application progress, documents, support requests and purchase records to provide the service. Account access is checked on the server.

Service providers and AI

We use Supabase for authentication and storage, Anthropic and OpenAI for AI assistance, Paystack and Stripe for payments, and Resend for account and product emails. Information relevant to an AI task can be sent to the provider processing it. Queen voice calls send microphone audio to OpenAI while connected. Ending the call stops microphone capture in Pasage.

Using WhatsApp or an embedded social video also involves that provider. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card information in conversations or support requests. Pasage does not sell your data.

Cookies and measurement

Authentication and preference cookies support the service. Optional Google, Meta and TikTok scripts load after analytics consent. Campaign parameters help connect visits with checks and purchases. You can decline tracking cookies using the consent controls. Operational records are also used to maintain the service and prevent abuse.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. We may need to verify your identity and explain any records that need to be retained. Use our official contact channels.
