Your information and documents

Provide accurate information. Review AI-generated drafts, source references and application details before using them. Pasage cannot guarantee an authority will accept a document or approve a visa.

Payments and access

The free check needs no account. Paid features require an account and checkout through Paystack or Stripe. Review the amount, currency and included access before paying. Government and other third-party charges are separate.

Starter, Complete and Full Service use a single, non-recurring payment. They do not automatically renew. Full Service support and priority access run for six months from activation. Starter includes a seven-day WhatsApp preview. Review the feature comparison before purchase and contact support with any questions about access.

Payment and refund questions

For a refund request or a problem with a purchase, contact Pasage with the reference and a description. We will review the request against the terms supplied with your purchase and applicable rights. This page does not promise a refund based on a visa outcome or an undefined portion of a plan.
