ONE Pass is Singapore's top-tier talent pass — the only Singapore work pass offering 5-year validity without being tied to a single employer, and the only one letting dependants work on Letters of Consent rather than needing their own separate work pass. There's no sponsoring employer requirement to apply, but the bar is genuinely high: either a sustained S$30,000/month fixed salary, or outstanding, recognised achievement in arts and culture, sports, science and technology, or academia and research. Most applicants without one of these should look at the Employment Pass or Tech.Pass instead — this isn't a general skilled-migration route.
Cost: S$105 on application, S$225 on issuance, plus S$30 per Multiple Journey Visa if applicable.
