EntrePass is Singapore's entrepreneur work pass, assessed by MOM in partnership with the EntrePass Evaluation Panel (EEP) against your business's innovativeness and your own entrepreneurial track record, not a fixed capital rule. You qualify by meeting any one of several tracks — most commonly, backing from an Enterprise Singapore-accredited venture capital fund or angel investor (at least S$100,000), acceptance into a recognised incubator/accelerator, ownership of relevant intellectual property, a research collaboration with a Singapore university or A*STAR, or a strong prior business track record. The company must be a private limited company registered with ACRA, no more than 6 months old at the time of application, with you holding at least 30% of its shares.
Cost: S$105 application fee, plus S$225 issuance fee once approved.
