A temporary residence permit (karta pobytu) for non-EU nationals staying more than 3 months for full-time higher education. Entry is typically via a national visa or visa-free travel, followed by an in-country application to the regional Voivodeship Office. It's document- and funds-based, not points-tested.
Cost: PLN 340 stamp duty, plus PLN 100 for the residence card if approved (~PLN 440 total).
