The EU Blue Card is a salary-and-qualification route for highly skilled non-EU nationals with a genuine job offer — no points test, and your employer doesn't need to be an IND-recognized sponsor the way Highly Skilled Migrant requires (though recognized sponsors do get faster processing). The gate is a contract of at least 6 months for highly qualified work, paying at or above the applicable salary threshold, plus a qualifying degree or relevant work experience.
Cost: €423
