Talent Passport (now formally the multi-year 'Carte de séjour pluriannuelle Talent') is really several distinct sub-categories under one umbrella — Qualified Employee, Business Creator, and others — each with its own criteria. The Qualified Employee stream needs a Master's-level qualification (or 5 years' comparable experience) and a contract of at least 3 months at the official reference salary; the Business Creator stream instead needs a viable, funded business plan.
